Team Secret Resmi Membubarkan Divisi PUBG Mobile

Setelah sebelumnya tim Genesis Dogma GIDS yang berasal dari Indonesia telah mengumumkan bahwa timnya tidak akan mengikuti Scene PUBG Mobile lagi, sekarang gantian Team Secret yang telah resmi membubarkan divisi PUBG Mobile-nya.

Team Secret merupakan salah satu tim besar asal Malaysia yang berhasil meraih beberapa kejuaraan PUBG Mobile tingkat Regional maupun Global.

Team Secret Telah Membubarkan Divisi PUBG Mobile

Seperti yang diberitahukan pada Instagram resmi Team Secret, pihaknya memberikan keterangan berupa “We started our PUBG Mobile journey in 2019. Back then the scene was still very young but we could see potential. We experienced the highest of the highs, making it to several Global and Regional Championships, but also the lowest of the lows. It wasn't always positive but we loved the game and its community.”

“As the decision has been made to transition to a fully-franchised league, we do not see that potential anymore. Everyone who has been following the scene has noticed that this isn't what it used to be: viewership went down, fans moved on to greener pastures.”

“As much as we love the game, we believe it should be opened to everyone who wants to compete. This is why we made the decision to not pursue our PUBGM operations.”

“We're thankful for all the support along the way and we wish the best to everyone who will keep on playing the game, both casually and competitively.”

Dari keterangannya tersebut, diketahui kalau Team Secret sudah memulai ranah kompetitif PUBG Mobile sejak tahun 2019. Dan sejak tahun 2019, Team Secret telah banyak mengikuti turnamen dan berhasil meraih beberapa gelar juara.

Beberapa kompetisi yang berhasil Team Secret raih antara lain PUBG Mobile Pro League - MYSG Season 1, PUBG Mobile Pro League - MYSG Season 2 dan PUBG Mobile Pro League - Southeast Asia Championship Season 4.

Setelah pihak PUBG Mobile mengumumkan bahwa kompetisi PMPL sudah tidak diadakan lagi, membuat Management dari Team Secret menyadari kalau timnya sudah tidak memiliki potensi di game PUBG Mobile.

Keputusan tersebut tentunya sudah dipikirkan terlebih dahulu dengan melihat perkembangan game PUBG Mobile yang jumlah penontonnya terus menurun atau para penggemar yang berpindah mendukung ke game lain.

Pihak dari Team Secret juga berharap bahwa seharusnya kompetisi ataupun turnamen di PUBG Mobile harus lebih terbuka untuk semua orang yang ingin bersaing.

Team Secret juga berterima kasih atas semua dukungan yang diberikan sepanjang perjalanan timnya, dan pihaknya mengucapkan yang terbaik untuk semua orang yang akan terus memainkan permainan ini, baik secara santai maupun kompetitif.
